1.2 Information collected upon request If you purchase something using the Platform, we must collect the information necessary to process, invoice and ship your order and provide customer service. 4.3 Business Transactions For the purposes hereof, a business transaction refers to the purchase, sale or other acquisition or disposition of an organization or a part of an organization, or any of its assets; a merger or amalgamation of two or more organizations; a loan or other financing transaction; the creation of a security interest in any assets or securities of an organization; or a lease or licensing transaction with respect to any asset of an organization. After you leave our Platform or are redirected to a third-party website or application, this Policy and any other terms and conditions applicable to the Platform no longer govern.
9. CHANGES TO THIS PRIVACY POLICY We reserve the right to modify this Policy at any time, so please review it frequently. Changes and clarifications will take effect immediately upon their posting on the Platform. If we make material changes to this Policy, we will notify you by e-mail (if you have given us your e-mail address).
